What is Keiki Kilo?
Keiki Kilo is an ʻohana-centered learning experience rooted in kilo — the practice of intentional observation and noticing. Together, keiki and caregivers are invited to slow down, wonder, and build deeper relationships with ʻāina, ka lā, mahina, and one another through simple, place-based experiences. Through stories, shared reflection, and hands-on kilo practices, participants learn to notice patterns, rhythms, and connections in the world around them and within themselves. There are no right or wrong observations. Keiki Kilo welcomes many ways of noticing and participating while creating space for curiosity, relationship, and learning together.
